a rather eventful day for me on my bday.. started the day with a dental visit.. went with my mother this time round.. for her to chat with my doctor, so as to better understand her daughter's situation.. ahaha.. i really should have changed the dental appointment date.. the 4 additional metal rings ard my last 4 molars is really painful.. my mouth wall are now being rubbed against the metal surface.. and it's not smooth metal surface hor.. got protrusions one.. so i have to keep my mouth movement to a minimal.. cos i can foresee ulcers forming.. immediately aft the appointment, went to eat handmade noodles.. still can eat well, but as the day progress, i knew that the pain is getter worse.. heh.. actually dun feel like goin for dinner liao.. but i think everyone will hate me.. so better go lah hor..
went to douby ghaut, parklane shopping mall to buy dancing shoes.. it's really expensive for a pair of shoe.. cost $195.. half of it is sponsored by my father.. so i paid the remainder.. i shall take it as a birthday present i bought for myself..
for those of you who have no idea wad latin dancing shoes looks like, here's some pictures.. most dancers would choose this kinda flesh coloured shoe over black or silver or other colours.. easier to match competition wear i guess.. or maybe looks a bit like the dancer is tip toe-ing in mid air.. keke..
furthermore, the price tag that comes with the dancing shoe does not means comfortness.. i dunno how to justify for that price tag.. =/ dancing shoe = pain.. cos it's very very tight fit.. the tighter it is the better.. reason? to prevent the dancer from slipping, or tripping over loose footwear.. the main differences b/w a normal high heel and a dancing shoe are 1) a leathery sole to enable spinning, therefore, can only be used on wooden floor.. if worn on concrete or other flooring will get spoilt very easily 2) a very flexible sole, to allow tip toeing on the already high heels.. 3) snug fit
after that went home to grab a nap.. haha! and got ready for the princess themed bday celebration!! thanks everyone who turned up and celebrating this special day with me.. tkx for all the presents and the treat given.. muacks! tkx those who wished me happy birthday! tkx for remembering.. ^^
the restaurant was portobelle located at killiney road.. hmm.. jus like wad the restaurant had said, "This tiny Mediterranean al fresco spot is just off Orchard Road seats only 24" hohoho! really tiny indeed.. it's a bit like my nightmare comes true.. i specifically wanted to choose a big restaurant cos we're a big noisy grp that likes to linger aft eating.. but when discussing, cin said as long as the restaurant can fit us can le.. indeed, jus nice for 12 of us.. a bit like we booked the whole restaurant.. however, the great service and food (me cant really comment on tt) makes up for it all..
as i've mentioned earlier, my teeth really hurts.. so i order the most simple dish there, carbonara.. food is not very appealing to me already.. ~.~ luckily the fettuccini is really soft.. not al dente, but is jus perfect to me.. it really taste like the handmade noodle i had ealier.. =P

hmm.. i din get to talk much to other pp cos i was "requested" to sit at one corner.. =/ thus, much of my interaction was only with the two princess, xinxin and pjun, who was sitting by my side..
in the midst of eating, a blackout occured.. haha.. such a great interlude.. a pause from the eating.. i was taking photos & i noticed karen and xinxin continuing to eat despite the blackout while all others are observing the commotion.. =P
wad's a bday entry without the bday gal & the cake? hahaha.. me staring longingly at the cake?
after tt we went to k-box.. been a long time since we sang ktv.. pjuan joined us for a ktv session despite her work.. so touched.. =) 
a pity i forgot to take grp photo after the dinner when all are present.. so here, inside the ktv.. finally a grp photo! haha.. without me.. boo..
with me this time rd.. but why so blur?!? cos it's taken by the very sleepy yusheng.. ahahaha..
sang till 2pm.. after that gan wana munch munch.. so we went to a hongkong food outlet at cineleisure.. boohoo.. i still cant eat.. so drank milo while others dig into their food.. after that is home sweet home.. such a nice sleep.. haha.. immediately went into a dreamless land the moment i lay down on my bed..
